President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has urged young leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, and philosophers to emulate the spirit of Africa's founding fathers by learning from the past and shaping a prosperous future for Africa and the world. 

She called on today's African youth to act as guardians of the path toward the continent's greatness.

Nandi-Ndaitwah remarked this during the official opening of the 21st General Assembly of the World Federation of Democratic Youth, ahead of Africa Day on May 25.
