As Grade 11 and 12 learners at Delta Secondary School in Windhoek prepare for their final examinations, they are inspired by words of encouragement from the First Gentleman, Epaphras Ndaitwah.

Addressing the learners, Ndaitwah urged them to stay focused and disciplined in their studies, reminding them that education is the foundation of leadership and nation-building.

He shared how he used to attend classes one day and care for cattle the next, often missing school but never giving up.

The Deputy Minister of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sport, Arts and Culture, Dino Ballotti, also shared his journey as an alumnus of the school, highlighting the importance of perseverance and hard work.

The school's principal, Sarah Petersen, commended the First Gentleman and the Deputy Minister for taking time to engage with the learners, noting that such initiatives are vital to encouraging them.
