The Information, Communication and Technology Minister has commended the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) for its continued support of the creative industry.

The Ministry of Health and Social Services is aiming to vaccinate more than 95% of eligible children in the Zambezi Region during the ongoing nationwide polio vaccination campaign.

This target translates to about 41,000 children under the age of ten, despite the region having recorded no cases of polio.

The Erongo Region's polio campaign was launched at Hanganeni Primary School by the Swakopmund Constituency Councillor Victor Maswahu, on behalf of the Erongo leadership.
