Learners who participated in the Otjozondjupa ICT in Education Summit and Exhibition in Otjiwarongo showcased a diverse set of skills, with some creating solution-based applications in the fields of agriculture and education.

The Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MICT) raised more than N$500,000 for the annual ICT summit scheduled to take place from September 9 to 11.

Information and communication technologies have become a necessity in almost all aspects of human existence.

It is against this background that key stakeholders in the industry are attending the three-day 7th ICT Summit, which kicked off in Windhoek this morning.
