Construction of bulk services in the Aus settlement has officially started, spurred by anticipated growth in Namibia’s green hydrogen and gas industries.

President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has departed for Luanda, Angola, to participate in the US-Africa Business Summit.

The Head of State leads the Namibian delegation to join other African Heads of State and government.

Namibia's Ambassador to Angola, Patrick Nandago, has described the U.S.-Africa Business Summit as both a learning experience and a platform for the country to showcase its investment and business opportunities.

The summit will bring together over 1,500 public and private sector leaders.

Vice President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has called on young entrepreneurs to be innovative, saying government will play its part in creating a conducive environment for doing businesses. 

She made the call at the launch of the Hakahana Lacho Power and Gas Depot in Windhoek today.
