Residents of the Samora Machel Constituency have welcomed the opening of the Goreangab Mall, calling it a major step forward for the community.

Information and Communication Technology Minister Emma Theofelus says the government will continue to collaborate with private entities to ensure that underserved communities have access to services.

Residents of the Samora Machel Constituency say they reject the possibility of joining the John Pandeni Constituency.

They further suggest that their constituency be split in two. 

The residents engaged officials of the Boundaries Delimitation and Demarcation Commission for input.
