 A car accident on Friday night claimed the lives of two Ministry of Urban and Rural Development employees. Lukas Nangolo served as the official driver, while George Shiluwa was the bodyguard for Minister James Sankwasa.​

Construction and renovations begin at Suiderlig Secondary School

The construction of a new fence and the renovation of hostels at Suiderlig Secondary School in Keetmanshoop has commenced.

Vice President Lucia Witbooi officiated over the groundbreaking ceremony marking the commencement of the construction for a new fence and the renovation of hostels at the school.

MTC honours late Chairperson Theo Mberirua at memorial service

The life of the late Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTC) board Chairperson Theo Mberirua was honoured at a memorial service at the MTC headquarters on Thursday evening. 

Mberirua died last week Thursday after a short illness. He was aged 63. 

Osino confirms reburial of exhumed graves
