13-year-old Windhoek author launches book "The Aliens"

A Windhoek-based teenager, Jobin Shovaleka (13), launched her book titled The Aliens, aimed at encouraging forgiveness and problem-solving among young readers.

The story follows two friends, Miya and Daisy, on an unexpected adventure. After hearing strange voices in the woods, they became friends.

Namibians are paying more than ever to secure a roof over their heads.

In a notice to the National Assembly, PDM MP Inna Hengari revealed that the average rent for a two-bedroom unit in Windhoek has risen to over N$7,300 per month, a 14.7% increase in just one year.
