The majority of drug trafficking cases in Namibia are linked to individual suspects or small independent distributors and not to any organised cartel or syndicate.

Additional charges have been brought against Rehoboth drug accused Naomi Fisch.

The State is accusing Fisch of obstructing the course of justice while she was out on bail.

The armed robbery and assault suspect, Nujoma Tobias, was denied bail following his first appearance in the Katima Mulilo Magistrates' Court after being arrested in connection with an incident at Mafuta in the Zambezi Region.
