SWAKOP URANIUM FOUNDATION DONATES LIVESTOCK TO FARMERS

The Swakop Uranium Foundation has officially handed over more than one thousand livestock to resettlement farmers in the Erongo Region, boosting rural livelihoods and food security.

The donation is part of the Hope Farm Project, launched last year.

A private transaction led to the export of three thousand cattle to Mauritius recently.

This was revealed by the Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform Minister. Inge Zaamwani in response to a question by NUDO MP Vetaruhe Kandorozu.
