The Centre for Public Diplomacy of the Russian Federation has marked Cosmonautics Day, celebrating the legacy of Yuri Gagarin.

Gagarin became the first human to travel into space in 1961.

A former learner of Impalila Combined School in the Zambezi Region, Brian Shamalaza, has given back to the school by donating school uniforms and accessories to needy learners.

The donation benefited 73 learners from Grade 1 to Grade 11.
