The Richelieu Eagles, Namibia's Senior National Men's Cricket Team, are intensifying their training for the upcoming ICC Men's T20 World Cup in the West Indies. Players are pleased with the progress of their preparation.

The Eagles are gearing up for their third T20 Cricket World Cup, taking place in the West Indies and the USA in June. They have been diligently training for the tournament.

The ninth edition of the men's T20 World Cup will be a historic first for the West Indies and the USA, featuring 20 teams. Eleven full members will be joined by nine Associate Members of the ICC.

In their World Cup buildup, the Eagles recently completed tours of Oman and Nepal, competing in T20 and 50-over matches.

Players interviewed during training expressed their enjoyment of the sessions and their growing confidence as they approach the World Cup.

The upcoming World Cup in the Caribbean and the USA will provide the Eagles with an opportunity to showcase their skills against top international players. They are set to face defending champions England and Australia, among others, in the group stage.
