Namibians are once again heading to the polls this November, this time to elect regional and local authority councillors.

The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) is working around the clock to ensure that the Regional Councils and Local Authorities Election on 26 November runs smoothly.

News anchor Theo Ishuna spoke with Commissioner Pius Iikwambi to learn more about the ECN's preparedness for the November elections and the upcoming by-election in the Outapi Constituency.
