President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah says she is humbled by Angola's decision to posthumously confer on Namibia’s Founding President, Sam Nujom,a the Commemorative Medal of the 50th Anniversary of the Independence of Angola, in the Class of Honour.

Dr. Nandi-Ndaitwah, who has just returned from Angola’s 50th Independence celebrations, said the two countries have maintained an excellent bilateral relationship both before and after Namibia attained independence.

She encouraged Namibians to maintain good neighbourliness and continue cooperating with Angola.
