The Affirmative Repositioning (AR) party held a mini rally today at Onheleiwa in the Etayi Constituency of the Omusati Region ahead of the Regional Councils and Local Authorities elections.

Petrus Nangolo, who is contesting as an AR candidate in the Etayi constituency, told supporters that he looks forward to working with the government to address community needs if elected.

He says he will work alongside the government to meet people’s demands, and he is ready to go an extra mile where the government cannot reach and where service may fall short.

Nangolo added that economic growth, especially support for local businesses, will be one of his priorities.

He further vowed to focus on employment creation in the Etayi constituency as part of his plans if he wins the election.

Nangolo also promised to introduce projects that can benefit both the local community and the nation at large.

He expressed concern about qualified residents who remain unemployed, emphasising the importance of creating opportunities for them.
