The Miss Namibia Organisation has announced the top ten finalists for both Miss Namibia and Miss Teen Namibia, revealed over the weekend.

The contestants were selected during the preliminary events. 

The finalists will travel to Gobabis for the final competition, taking place from 31 July to 1 August.

Miss Namibia National Director Beaulah Boois-Beukes praised the contestants' growth and stage presence at the preliminaries. 

"So for both pageants, you know, we are definitely looking for somebody who stands out in a crowd. Somebody who's the brand ambassador, not only for NBC, but also for DebMarine Namibia, whom I also have to thank, because without them, we would not be standing here tonight. But yes, we're looking for somebody who can carry the Namibian flag on this stage, on the crowning ceremony stage in the Omeheke region, and beyond."

|Khomas Regional Governor Sam Nujoma said, "I think the platform that Miss Namibia provides for women, the empowerment and the platform for them to go and advocate for everything that they believe in – I think it's a wonderful one. We need to continue on this track. I think it would be great for offices like mine to get involved so we can make a difference with the winners and contestants."
