Congratulatory messages continue to pour in from across the globe for President-Elect, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah. 

In his congratulatory message, President of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, wished the President-Elect the greatest of success.

President-elect Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has made it clear that her rise to Namibia's highest office is a result of her leadership qualities, capabilities, merit, and ability to lead effectively and not her gender.

President-Elect Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah warned that it will not be business as usual after she assumes office on 21 March next year.

The Namibia National Students Organisation Kavango East Region raised approximately N$41,000 to support its operations and help vulnerable learners register at various tertiary institutions.

It should be borne in mind that becoming an officer in the defense force is no small feat; it must be both earned and deserved.
