First Gentleman Epaphras Ndaitwah wants more attention to be given to the development of the boy child, noting that many boys are growing up without proper guidance and support.

South Korea, in collaboration with the United Nations World Food Programme, has donated close to 5,000 metric tonnes of rice to support the drought relief programme.

The donation, valued at N$61 million, will be distributed across all 14 regions to vulnerable communities and indigenous groups.

The Zambezi Governor's Office is receiving additional aid from the Red Cross, coordinated through the Office of the Prime Minister in response to ongoing floods.

A craft project initiated in Grashoek, located in the Tsumkwe Constituency, in 2025, is assisting local women in empowering themselves while also contributing to community development. 

The project also brings together women who make crafts while teaching cultural knowledge to the youth.

Namibia and Russia will address a broad range of issues aimed at promoting economic growth and sustainable development, as well as strengthening bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
