The Inspector General of the Namibian Police, Joseph Shikongo, says police visibility will be increased on the streets across the country this festive season.

Namibia's talented sprinter, Christine Mboma, has received approval from World Athletics to resume competing in the 100-meter and 200-meter events. 

This follows the completion of treatment to lower her testosterone levels to the legal limit of 2.5.

As one of the observers during the congress, Mwiya commended the participants for their maturity and adherence to the relevant statutes.
