The Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) has recognised Namibia Public Workers Union (NAPWU) as the exclusive bargaining agent for the employees. 
The announcement was made by the Director General, Menesia Muinjo, at a meeting between the two parties in Windhoek.
