The family of the late headman of Onelago Village in the Onayena Constituency of the Oshikoto Region, Sam Nepando, is struggling to come to terms with his death.
Nepando was fatally shot while carrying out his duties to resolve a land dispute.
A government delegation paid a condolence visit to the widow of the late Sam Nepando, deceased headman of Onelago Village in the Oshikoto Region.
Nepando was fatally shot on Friday at Iikokola.
Housebreaking cases topped police crime reports from December 31 to January 4. Rape cases were also prominent, including one victim with an intellectual disability.
