The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform has announced that Namibia recorded a bumper harvest this year, with the harvesting of crops still underway.
 

A delegation from the Office of the Vice President has concluded its visit to Tsumkwe, where it engaged with the !Kung and Ju|'hoansi Traditional Authorities.

Members of the Namibian Defense Force and Botswana Defense Force are currently engaged in an exercise aimed at strengthening military cooperation between the two security forces.

Residents of Otjiwarongo have petitioned the municipality, calling for improved service delivery and compliance with a directive issued by the Minister of Urban and Rural Development.

The petition includes debt relief, water provision, land allocation, and public engagement.

Following failed discussions over plot allocations, residents of Kap n Bou took to the streets demanding that Otavi Town Council avail them land to build houses.

Leading the group, Wilfred Somseb said informal settlers paid N$200 each for a surveyor and allocation of 120 plots.
