The Fransfontein community in Kunene have taken to the streets in protest to demand answers from the Police about the handling of the murder case of Manfried |Aib.

The 42-year-old |Aib's family have called for a re-examination into Manfried's autopsy report.

Residents of the Okakarara Constituency have raised alarm over the growing presence of illegal immigrants in the area, accusing law enforcement and immigration officials of turning a blind eye to the issue.

Learners from various schools in Eenhana, Ohangwena Region, took to the streets on Friday to protest against the rising cases of violence against children.

The march, held under the banner of solidarity and justice, saw young voices demanding urgent action from national and regional authorities.

Protesters marched to Agostinho Neto Square on Saturday to demand justice for the killing of five men who died at the hands of police officers in Okahandja in April last year.

The protest was spearheaded by activist and Namibia Economic Freedom Fighters (NEFF) member Michael Amushelelo.
