The public is urged not to take close-up pictures of the coffin of Namibia's Founding President, Sam Nujoma, during his state funeral proceedings.

Namibia's former ambassador to Libya, Nicky Nashandi, shared his journey in the liberation struggle as Swapo Party representative appointed by the late Sam Nujoma.

President Nangolo Mbumba has conveyed deep sadness over the death of struggle veteran Idah Jimmy-!Ha-Eiros, who died on Wednesday at the age of 78.

President Mbumba visited the family home in Keetmanshoop today to console the family and extend
