The Namibia Qualifications Authority (NQA) is engaging key education and training stakeholders in Outapi, Omusati Region, as part of an ongoing information and sensitisation session on the National Policy for Qualification Standards in Namibia.

The Namibian Standards Institution (NSI) is reviewing its standards regulations to improve consumer protection and align with international requirements.

This follows stakeholder consultations in February, aimed at strengthening Namibia's national quality infrastructure.

The Roads Authority (RA) Chief Executive Officer is not impressed with the slow progress on the Engoyi-Omuntele road upgrade.

The road construction commenced in October last year and was to be completed by September this year.
