The Director of the Autism Association of Namibia and President of World Autism Organization, Petra Dillmann wants to see stronger policies and collaboration to support people with autism.

Dillmann dismissed myths about autistic children that they are less intelligent.

The Ministry of Defence and Veterans Affairs welcomed the newly appointed Deputy Minister, Dr. Charles Mubita, and Executive Director, Annely Haiphene, at its headquarters.

Staff members also bid farewell to the former Deputy Minister, Hilma Nicanor, and the former Executive Director, Wilhelmine Shivute.

A diverse team of specialists recently gathered to review climate change policies, the implications of global warming, and Namibia's vulnerability to climate-related challenges.
