Cuba's special envoy to the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA), Marileydis Duenas Moroles, could not hold her emotions as she arrived at the Namibian diplomatic mission in Lusaka, Zambia, to sign the book of condolences in honour of Namibia's late Founding President.
