The Rossing Foundation, in collaboration with China National Nuclear Corporation, has sent off a group of learners selected from some of the country's best-performing schools in mathematics, science and English for a 10-day Gen Z excursion to China.

Learners from different schools in the capital participated in the Windhoek Vocational Training Centre Open Day, which aimed to encourage them to venture into TVET-related careers.

This follows a donation of two vehicles by Metje & Ziegler to be used in the field of auto mechanics, as well as equipment by the Social Security Commission for the welding field of study.

The Early Childhood Development Feeding Programme has been extended to the early childhood centres in the Otjozondjupa Region to fight hunger and improve learning outcomes among the youngest learners.
