A 34-year-old farmworker died instantly on Sunday after he landed under the wheels of a trailer on Farm Radio in the Kalkfeld area. 

The Deputy Minister of Information and Communication Technology Emma Theofelus says the merging of the two-state media houses, the Namibia Press Agency (NAMPA) and the New Era Corporation is still in the pipeline albeit in an early stage.

Despite the introduction of the credit guarantee scheme for small and medium enterprises, SMEs, the Namibia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI) feels more can be done to relax collateral and security requirements against loans.
