Walvis Bay Mayor Trevino Forbes has clarified recent comments he made about political sabotage within the municipality.

The tourism sector has been urged to transform Walvis Bay into a world-class tourist destination.

The call was made by the Mayor, Trevino Forbes, during the Tourism Forum meeting, aimed at discussing issues affecting the Walvis Bay tourism sector.
