The new clinic in Mabushe village, located in the Kavango East Region, is nearing completion.

The construction of this new facility was necessitated by flooding at the current clinic during the rainy season, which likely caused major problems with healthcare delivery.

Currently, the clinic only has a consulting room that serves over a hundred patients daily.

A Mathematics and Science Clinic for Grade 11 and Advanced Subsidiary Learners at Tsumeb has been revived following its closure during the COVID-19 pandemic.

It was set up in 2016 by the University of Namibia to improve the performance of learners.
