The Commissioners of the Namibia Revenue Agency (NamRA) and the Botswana Unified Revenue Service (BURS) have acknowledged that vital components of the operationalization of the Mamuno/Trans-Kalahari One-Stop Border Post might not be in place by May 1, which is the set implementation date.
