Mobile Telecommunications Company (MTC) has announced a sponsorship of N$1-million to the popular Windhoek youth event, Kasi Vibe festival for the next 3 years.
The First National Bank of Namibia has contributed N$150,000 towards the third Namibia Health Exhibition, taking place from the 14th to the 15th of next month.
MTC has committed an investment of N$4.5 million in the Content Creator Awards over the next three years.
The announcement was made during the nomination event held at the National Theatre of Namibia.
The National Youth Council (NYC) will sponsor two Miss Namibia 2025 finalists, Johanna Swartbooi and Alica Mokhatu, who both represent Okahandja.
The sponsorship came about after the contestants approached Okahandja Mayor Beatrice Katungondo, who referred them to NYC.
Started in 1993, the Quinton Steel Botha Athletics Club, named after the late Namibia Sport consultant Quinton-Steel Botes with the aim of grooming future champions, has started its 2025 calendar year today at the Independence Stadium.
