The City of Windhoek calls for government and other stakeholders to help in maintaining roads.  

The City of Windhoek's Chief Engineer of Roads and Stormwater, Reinhard Boehmer, says the city alone cannot sustain the road networks due to funding constraints. 

The Director General of the National Planning Commission (NPC), Kaire Mbuende, says it is crucial to ensure that capital projects budgeted for are effectively and timely implemented to ensure tangible benefit to the people.

Outjo Constituency Councillor Kleofas Gaingob says he is pleased with ongoing development projects at Seringkop, Queen Sofia and Werda. 

Gaingob added that the three settlements have been identified as growth points of infrastructure development.

Insufficient budget allocations have delayed completion of the Kavango West Regional Council Office, forcing the council to spend N$120,000 monthly on rent since construction began in 2021.

The Cabinet has approved this national legislative agenda dashboard for 2025 to 2030.

This was announced by Information and Communication Technology Minister Emma Theofelus when she presented the latest Cabinet briefing.
