UDFYL embarks on mission to revive youth league structures

The United Democratic Front of Namibia Youth League (UDFYL) has embarked on a mission to revive the youth league structures, which have been dormant for the past 15 years.

The youth league held an elective conference to decide the next wing's executives to represent the party come 2024.

28 NDF senior officers graduate from the Namibia Command and Staff College

The Namibia Command and Staff College in Okahandja graduated 28 senior officers from the Namibia Defence Force (NDF), including two allied students from Zambia.

The senior officials graduated from the Senior Command and Staff Course, the highest qualification currently being offered by the college.

Okahandja micro-entrepreneurs unhappy with MTC stalls

Case opened against police who shot five men in Okahandja

NamPol Deputy Inspector General, Major General Elias Mutota, says a case of murder has been opened against the police officers who shot and killed five men in Okahandja last Tuesday.

Major General Mutota's remarks are contained in a three-page formal report released by his office on Tuesday.
