1,000 polling officials are receiving training at Katima Mulilo as part of the preparations for the upcoming Presidential and National Assembly Elections.

Residents of Khorixas in the Kunene Region have expressed that they do not want to be remembered only when it's election time or on matters that have to do with elections. 

Stampriet residents have expressed mixed feelings about the upcoming elections, with some intending to vote while others may choose to abstain from voting.

Stampriet is a village in the Hardap Region, located east of Mariental.

The manager at Musese Green Scheme in the Kavango West Region says ongoing power cuts, high demand charges, and exorbitant import fees are hampering significant progress at the irrigation project. 

About 400 election officials from the Tsumkwe and Grootfontein clusters are receiving training.

The training coincided with the issuing of duplicate voter cards for Grootfontein and Tsumkwe constituencies.
