The Namibia Fish Consumption and Promotion Trust (NFCPT) has committed more than N$2 million to the construction of Ekondjo Primary School in the Ncamagoro Constituency of the Kavango West Region.

The newly certified People United for Change (PUC) party has condemned alleged tribal attacks and growing tensions in Otjinene.

The party called for unity and respect among all Namibians. 

A three-day training session on human rights is taking place at Rundu to strengthen the practical implementation of legal protections and improve access to justice, particularly for vulnerable and marginalised groups.

As part of its ongoing stakeholder engagement tour in northern Namibia, the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) management team paid a courtesy visit to the Ongandjera Traditional Authority, where they were received by Omukwaniilwa Johannes Mupiya. 

Former NAMCOR Managing Director Immanuel Mulunga has denied allegations that he received a luxury Audi vehicle worth over N$3 million from businessman Victor Malima in exchange for facilitating free fuel to Malima’s company, Eco Trading.
