The 2025 Regional Councils and Local Authorities elections will take place on the 26th of November, with Special Voting for electoral officials and uniformed personnel set for November 24th, National Council Chairperson Lucas Muha announced.

With almost two months to go before the November elections, some parties have already released their manifestos, whereas others are still in the process of crafting them.

Election manifestos outline how the party aims to approach issues that are of concern to the public, the economy, and the nation.

The Secretary of the Swapo Elders Council (SEC), Mukwaita Shanyengana, urged the council members to mobilise all the eligible voters to register to participate in the November elections. 

He said this during the Council's Central Committee meeting.

The Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) is holding a two-day workshop at Otjiwarongo to capacitate its mobilizers ahead of the November elections to deliver impactful and effective political messages to the nation.
