The church is a safe place. This message formed the core of a peaceful protest, led by the Council of Churches in Namibia, as congregants marched down Independence Avenue, demanding justice for women and children who have been raped or murdered.

Magistrate postpones court case of seven suspects in NUST student's murder

Magistrate Vicky Nikolaidis has postponed the case of seven individuals accused of murdering NUST student Matheus Sheehama at Walvis Bay, to next week.

The seven suspects made a second court appearance, and their case was postponed to the 22nd and 23rd of October for a formal bail application.
