The Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety, and Security was named the overall winner at the Namibia Institute of Public Administration and Management (NIPAM)'s inaugural Public Service Awards, a first-of-its-kind ceremony held in Windhoek to honour excellence across the country’s public sector.
