Residents from the Okahandja Park Settlement in the Morning Star A area, have complained that the Municipality has bypassed households that have been there for over two decades.

A water reticulation project at Mururani village has reduced the distance to collect water for many households.

The project is spearheaded by the Kavango West Regional Council through the Mankumpi Constituency office.

The City of Windhoek conducted site visits to ongoing electrification projects across the capital to assess progress on the rollout of the electricity infrastructure that will benefit over 1,200 households. 

The project, which is 80% completed, is expected to be finalised in September.
