Old Mutual has donated wheelchairs, ramps, and toys to the Omake Charity Organisation, bringing hope to people with disabilities who often struggle to afford essential mobility support.

Speakers at the University of Namibia (UNAM)'s 2nd Chancellor's Annual Charity Gala Dinner held in Windhoek have called for the inclusion of technology for students with disabilities.

These efforts, they say, will unlock the potential of all students, regardless of their circumstances or special needs.

Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare officiated at the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Kunene Region Resource School on behalf of President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah at Kamanjab this morning.

The school will cater to more than 500 children with a wide range of disabilities.
