The Omusati Governor Immanuel Shikongo says the launch of Namibia's first-ever Youth Fund is a step towards economic emancipation.

Omusati Governor Immanuel Shikongo has urged accounting and procurement officials from government ministries and agencies in the region to uphold fiscal discipline, maintain ethical conduct and address delays, inefficiencies and eroding public trust within the procurement processes.

Omusati Governor Immanuel Shikongo highlighted some of the developmental projects undertaken in his region when he delivered the State of the Region Address at Outapi.
