ACC: Mulunga to appear in Court within 48 Hours

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) announced this morning that former NAMCOR Managing Director Immanuel Mulunga will appear in court within 48 hours of his arrest.

The ACC stated that Mulunga, along with those arrested alongside him, may be brought before a magistrate either today or tomorrow.

Otjiwarongo woman remains in custody over ex-boyfriend stabbing

A 50-year-old woman accused of stabbing her ex-boyfriend in Otjiwarongo has made her second court appearance.

Katrina Geises was arrested on 11 April after allegedly stabbing her 32-year-old ex-boyfriend in the chest during an argument at her home.

Magistrate postpones court case of seven suspects in NUST student's murder

Magistrate Vicky Nikolaidis has postponed the case of seven individuals accused of murdering NUST student Matheus Sheehama at Walvis Bay, to next week.

The seven suspects made a second court appearance, and their case was postponed to the 22nd and 23rd of October for a formal bail application.

88-year-old Appears for Rape of 3-year-old Girl

An 88-year-old pensioner, Gustav Willem, from Okahanya village in the Oshikoto Region, was denied bail this morning at the Ondangwa Magistrate's Court after appearing for the alleged rape of his girlfriend’s 3-year-old grandchild last Tuesday.
